The supreme governing body of the Association is the General Meeting of the Association Members. General Meetings shall be convened on the “as needed” bases, but at least once a year. The agenda and the date of the General Meeting shall be determined by the Presidium of the Association.
Extraordinary General Meetings may be convened at the initiative of the Presidium, the Auditor or at the request of not less than one third of the Association Members.
The collegial executive body of the Association is the Presidium. The Presidium shall implement general management of the Association’s activities in the periods between General Meetings.
The sole executive body of the Association is its President. President performs an ongoing management of the Association and of its staff.
